Garbled Data Upload After Scanning(Language)

Problem: The barcode scanner uploads data incorrectly (garbled text).

Reason: The computer’s input language doesn’t match the barcode scanner’s language (scanner defaults to U.S. English).

Solution 1: Set the scanner’s language to match the computer’s input language.
Solution 2: Change the computer’s input language to English.

Note:

1. For wireless barcode scanners, scan the language settings from the wireless configuration barcode.
2. For wired barcode scanners, scan the language settings from the module configuration.
